Tarmond MEA 910 ERW is a fully synthetic cutting fluid developed for high-temperature applications requiring moderate lubrication. It provides stable machining performance and process reliability, featuring biodegradable characteristics within its formulation. Specifically designed for ERW welded pipe and profile production, it delivers very low consumption per ton. Its surfactant-based cleaning system and corrosion inhibitors ensure clean surfaces and effective rust protection even at low concentrations. Antimicrobial properties support in-service fluid stability. The product forms clear, stable micro-emulsions with water and contains no formaldehyde donors or secondary amine compounds harmful to health.
