Product Description:
TARMOND MEA 909 ERW is a general-purpose, biodegradable, fully-synthetic cutting fluid. It is used in processes that require high temperatures and moderate lubrication with its maximum cooling feature. Recommended for ferrous, non-ferrous, steel machining operations and especially for tube welding industries. Thanks to the detergent additives it contains, its washing and sawdust dragging feature is very good. Due to the corrosion inhibitors in its formulation, it protects the processed material and production equipment against corrosion for a long time. It contains anti-bacterial and anti-fungal additives therefore it does not allow the formation of bacteria and fungi. It has biodegradable features; it is an environmentally friendly product that is in harmony with nature and does not harm the environment. The advised mixing ratio is 5.0 – 8.0% according the operation performed.
