TAREX ATF III

Automatic Transmission Fluid

Product Description:

TAREX ATF III Automatic Transmission Fluid is a premium quality automatic transmission fluid made from highly refined base stocks in combination with advanced additive technology that reduces friction for smooth gear-shifting. It is specially designed for automatic transmissions of modern vehicles which gives excellent high temperature stability and corrosion protection. Special friction properties giving controlled slip for friction components: gear changing quality, demands smooth clutching action without excessive slip and free from chatter. This basic property which depends on the relative static and dynamic friction coefficients and the variation of the latter with speed is obtained by means of special unctuous additives.

Applications:
TAREX ATF III Automatic Transmission Fluid is recommended for all automatic transmissions, hydraulic and power steering systems for which a Dexron III fluid is required by the manufacturer.

Meets the Performances:
GM Dexron III H/GALLISON; C4 FORD MERCON; ZF TE-ML 14A, 04D; MAN 339 TYPE V1/Z1; MB 236.5/236.1; ALLISON C4; VOITH H55.6335

Please check your owner’s manual for the manufacturer’s recommended oil viscosity grade and API classification and approvals.

BENEFITS:

  • Low temperature fluidity to avoid surge or sudden overload of circuits when starting in very cold weather
  • High anti oxidation capacity, thermal stability and detergent properties preserving the overall performance during long periods of use and preventing from the formation of deposits, gums and varnishes
  • High viscosity index
  • Will not affect elastomers and non-ferrous metals like copper or alloys
  • Excellent wear protection of gears, pumps and thrust bearings
  • Excellent anticorrosion and antirust properties
  • Low pour point
